Expected Impact on Your Services:

During this maintenance window, your network services will be migrated to our new core network infrastructure. The new infrastructure is going to provide much more capacity for further growth, and is also more scalable, and simply more up-to-date. We expect the actual outage for your services to be roughly 2 minutes, but we are accounting for up to 15 minutes in case something needs to be troubleshooted.

 

We want to assure you that this type of maintenance is not a common occurrence, and we will continue to see to it that maintenances involving an outage are limited to an absolute minimum.

 

In the event that the timing of this maintenance is conflicting with your operations, then please reach out to us, then we will try to schedule this with you at a more appropriate time.
