Notes:

TioSafe plugin can be questionned by simple http request. they are used to work on data from the application. Usually developping a plugin is just creating the sql methods to question and update the application's database. Results of request must be return as XML, there is no specification for this XML as it will be transform to a “brain” object in TioSafe using a mapping dictionnary.
